2026 Registration Information

Race registration opens at 7PM EST December 1st, 2025 and will close January 7, 2026 at 6 PM EST. Registration for the race will be entirely online, through this website. This year there is again a 45 team cap on total entries (excluding 2-3 Dog Youth Class), so register as soon as possible after 7 pm Dec. 1. If the field fills up before your registration is submitted, your time-stamped registration will be routed to a waiting list without requiring payment. Vacancies in the field will be filled in the order of signup for the waiting list. PLEASE NOTE: we will attempt to contact you via the email address and phone number you provided upon signup. You will have 48 hours from the time we send the email or make the phone call to reply and make payment. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the next person on the list will be contacted and you will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list. It is your responsibility to check your phone messages and emails in a timely fashion.

Since there is a 45 team limit (except Youth Class), you will need to sign up and pay for each team individually. Your registration will NOT be considered completed until we receive both registration and payment.

The registration form has been tested (and retested exhaustively) with Firefox and Chrome browsers. These are the only browsers we have tested with the web page coding, and we suggest you use one of those browsers for registration. We also suggest that you use a computer rather than mobile device (phone or tablet) for the registration process. We have tested the pages using mobile devices but cannot give any sort of guarantee that we have tested the one you might use.

Due to restrictions on payment options, we are adding our credit card processing fees to the race entry fee: an additional 3% of the listed entry fee. If you withdraw your registration, you will be refunded the entry fee but not the processing fee.

Available classes and fees are as follows:

10 Dog Professional – (2 Day Race) ~32 miles Saturday, ~32 miles Sunday, $250 (plus $7.50 cc fees)
6 Dog Professional – (2 Day Race) ~24 miles Saturday, ~15 miles Sunday, $190 (plus $5.70 cc fees)
4-6 Dog Sportsman – (Saturday Race only) ~15 miles, $80 (plus $2.40 cc fees)
2-3 Dog Youth Sportsman – (Saturday Race only) ~3 miles, no entry fee

*PLEASE NOTE* These mileages are APPROXIMATE and are subject to change. The trail crew will do its best to adhere to these mileages while maintaining a safe course.

The registration form will be available when registration opens at 7 pm, December 1, 2024. Click on the “2026 TCSDR Registration” link in this menu to register. The “2026 Registered Mushers” link will auto-populate classes (you might need to refresh your browser) as teams sign up for the race.
